B25 was founded in 2022 by Shawn Downs. He is a graduate of the Los Angeles Film School and earned a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University.

The son of an architect father and real estate broker mother, Shawn has a passion for architecture and real estate photography. All B25 real estate services are personally performed by Shawn.
